Knife Care Tips
- After each use, wash the knife by hand with soapy water.
- Immediately dry the knife with a clean towel.
- Don't put the knife in the dishwasher, the blade or the handle can be damaged.
- When sharpening needed, use a sharpening stone or professional sharpening service.
- Store the knife in a knife block or on a magnetic strip to protect the blade and prevent accidents.
- Ensure the knife doesn't bump against other metal objects, which can dull the blade.
- Avoid exposing the wooden handle to prolonged moisture.
- Occasionally apply mineral oil to the wooden handle to maintain it's appearance and prevent drying.
