1. Can I Return My Order?

Yes! We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.

2. How Do I Start a Return?

  1. Email us at kisublades@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds are processed within 2 - 3 business days to your original payment method.

4. Do You Offer Exchanges?

Yes! If you received a damaged or defective knife, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged knives (unless they arrived defective).
  • Custom-engraved or personalized knives.
