1. Can I Return My Order?
Yes! We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be requested within 2 days of delivery.
2. How Do I Start a Return?

- We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.
- Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds are processed within 2 - 3 business days to your original payment method.
4. Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes! If you received a damaged or defective knife, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged knives (unless they arrived defective).
- Custom-engraved or personalized knives.
